Hello Human
THE HUMAN BEHIND HELLO HUMAN
What Do I Do?
I turn brand stories into real human connections people remember. Human to human.
I started working at 14 in a pizzeria outside Chicago. When you grow up around Chicago, you learn pretty quickly that people come in all kinds of personalities, and you’d better learn how to keep up. I’ve always loved meeting people, figuring out what makes them tick, and finding common ground with just about anyone.
I went to the University of Nebraska to study Science Education for Middle Grades. Not because science came naturally to me. Quite the opposite. It confused the hell out of me, and I wanted to help other people understand it, too. (Middle school wasn’t exactly my thing, either.) I’ve always been curious, and I like a challenge, especially when there’s something worth figuring out.
Over the years, I’ve worked across different industries, built businesses, and learned how to read a room, adapt to different personalities, and strike up conversations without making people feel like they’re being sold to. At Metro Credit Union, I saw firsthand how different the experience becomes when you genuinely believe in what you’re sharing. I wasn’t just selling a service. I was helping people discover something that could actually benefit them.
That approach stuck with me through business ownership and brand representation, eventually leading me to create Hello Human.
I’m not interested in showing up, memorizing a few talking points, and calling it a day. I want to know the mastermind behind the brand. The person who took a chance on an idea and put something into the world they believe in. What drives them? What makes their product different? What do they wish more people understood about it?
That’s the kind of work I want to do, and the kind of representation I believe a brand deserves.
BRINGING THE HUMAN BACK TO EXPERIENTIAL MARKETING
Brands invest in getting their products in front of people, but somewhere between the strategy and the event floor, the human connection can get lost. When the person representing a brand is underprepared or disconnected from the product, the opportunity to make a real impression gets lost, too.
I created Hello Human to bring more thought and intention to that experience. The person representing your brand should understand what they’re sharing, feel confident talking about it, and know how to engage people naturally.
An activation should be more than showing up and handing out samples. It should give people a reason to stop, ask questions, and leave with something worth remembering.
RETAIL, PRODUCT ACTIVATION, LAUNCHES & EVENTS
I know how to bring energy to a room, turn a passing glance into a conversation, and make an introduction feel natural instead of forced. From retail floors and product launches to live events and grand openings, I bring preparation, initiative, and the ability to adapt to the people in front of me.
Your brand deserves more than a presence at an event. It deserves someone who knows how to read the room and represent it well.
FLEXIBLE BRAND REPRESENTATION
When you hire Hello Human, you get my personal involvement, not a revolving door of people who barely know your product. I take the time to understand your vision, prepare for the questions people might ask, and represent your brand with care.
When a project needs additional support, I can bring in the right people to complement the activation. I also recognize that representation matters. Depending on the product, service, and audience, a thoughtful mix of male and female brand ambassadors can create different opportunities to connect with consumers. I take those needs into consideration when selecting support for a project.
